The SpoiLog project aims to develop a digital, user-friendly, multi-disciplinary database to guide manufacturers in managing issues related to weathering flora, generating new experimental data, and identifying the most appropriate sequencing techniques for the challenges involved in managing issues related to weathering flora. multi-sector database to guide manufacturers in managing issues related to spoilage flora, generating new experimental data, identifying the most appropriate sequencing techniques for spoilage issues, and developing an agile investigation method for agri-food manufacturers to manage issues related to spoilage microbial flora in conventional and innovative foods (based on plant proteins).

As part of the SpoiLog project, we are recruiting a postdoctoral researcher at UMR SecAlim 1014 INRAE-Oniris, whose mission will be to generate new experimental data on the characterization of spoilage flora for matrices that are currently poorly documented (conventional & alternative plant-based).
